DESCRIPTION
Boomer is a big lovable load that has amazing athleticism! He is ball focused, carrying up to 3 at a time and ready for a game of fetch anytime. He does great in social settings with lots of people and other dogs around— excellent running companion and calm and focused participating in 5k events with his foster Mom at whatever pace she needs. He would love a home where people are around more than away. He requires daily interactive exercise and will then lay down with his head on your shoulder and enjoy a quiet evening next to you. He loves kids but plays too rough with them so teens and older would be better for living with. He knows a few tricks and he has the most gorgeous red coat and expressive eyes. He is headstrong but sensitive and listens best to calm assertive and gentle guidance…he likes to think it was his idea to do whatever you are asking of him. He is a fabulous companion for hikes and errands and hanging out. He is 90# and 3 1/2 years old as of Feb 2026. Fenced yard required.
