Hi, I’m Gretel! I’m a 1½-year-old Goldendoodle weighing about 35 pounds, and I have a calm, gentle personality that makes me easy to love. I’m a very chill girl who truly just enjoys being close to my people. Pets, scratches, and quiet time together are my favorite things. I’m not overly interested in toys (though I’ll chase a ball once in a while), but I’m very treat-motivated and happiest soaking up affection.

I do absolutely amazing with other dogs and have been wonderful with an 8-year-old child. I’m also great with kennel staff and new people — I just genuinely enjoy human company. I would do beautifully in almost any home willing to spend time with me and make me part of the family. I can also be cat tested upon request. I came from a high-kill shelter in Texas, but you’d never know it by my sweet and trusting nature.

I’m fully vetted — spayed, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives, and microchipped. I’m healthy, loving, and ready to find my forever home where I can finally relax.
