Winston is a sweet, lovable boy with a playful side and a heart of gold. His absolute favorite game is **fetch with his large rope toy**—he would happily play for hours if you let him! Despite loving playtime, Winston also knows how to relax and is content to spend the rest of the day lounging with his people.

One of Winston's cutest quirks is his love of stuffed animals. He gently suckles on them as a way to comfort himself, and it's incredibly endearing.

Like many dogs, Winston is frightened by thunderstorms and fireworks. During loud weather, he'll shake, breathe heavily, and seek comfort from the people he trusts. Being close to his family helps him feel the safest.

Winston is very food motivated and loves healthy treats! Some of his favorites include bananas, blueberries, peanut butter, carrots, apples, and watermelon, which he enjoys as special additions to his meals.

He's fully crate trained and even chooses to relax in his crate on his own from time to time. At bedtime, all you have to say is, **"Sleepy sleepy night night,"** and Winston knows it's time to head into his crate.

Winston also does very well in a structured daycare environment with other dogs, showing that he can enjoy canine companionship when introductions and management are appropriate.
