Flynn - Golden Retriever and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Aiken, South Carolina

Meet Flynn, an 12-pound bundle of sunshine with a heart far bigger than his tiny paws. This 3-month-old Golden Retriever mix is the definition of easygoing.

His favorite hobbies include wrestling with his sister, making friends wherever he goes, and dramatically flopping into the grass for a good roll around. Flynn has never met a stranger, only future best friends. Kids, cats, dogs, neighbors, delivery drivers... everyone is on his VIP list.

While most puppies are still figuring out which direction they’re headed, Flynn is already strutting around on a leash like he’s been doing it for years. He’s playful without being wild, adventurous without being reckless, and laid-back enough to remind you that sometimes the best days are spent rolling in the grass and soaking up the sunshine.

If happiness came with four paws and a wagging tail, it would probably look a lot like Flynn.

Flynn is neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped.

HFG Dog Rescue is a 100 percent foster-based rescue located in Berkeley Heights, NJ with a sister location, The Almost Home Wellness Center, in Aiken, SC. All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own. Our fosters begin basic training, housebreaking, and leash-walking skills to help pair you with the perfect pup for life!
