Swerve is a Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix with a great balance of playful energy and being a happy go lucky guy. He has a medium energy level, making him a wonderful fit for a variety of homes - he enjoys outdoor time to play especially in the snow, but also settles nicely.

He does well on a leash and will make a great walking or adventure buddy. Swerve is good with both dogs and cats, though he does have a slightly dominant attitude, so slow introductions and continued guidance will help him thrive in a multi-pet home.

Swerve likes toys and enjoys interactive playtime, making him a fun and lovable companion. He's still house training, so he'll need a patient adopter willing to continue working with him. Good news! he is comfortable in the kennel, making continued training much easier!

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
