Personality | Blossom is the sweetest soul! Her foster describes her as a dream dog!

Story | Blossom was dumped in rural Texas very pregnant just days away from giving birth. MHLM was able to move quickly and get her into a foster home just in time to give birth to 10 perfect babies! We think she's a golden retriever mix who ended up with a black coat as she was dumped with another pregnant golden who is the same size and age as she is! Golden retrievers often end up with black coats when they're mixed with other breeds. :)

Adoption Donations | Our adoption donations are $575 for dogs 8 weeks to 1 year old, $525 for 1 - 6 years old, $475 for dogs 7 - 10 years old, and $350 for 11+ years of age. Purebred dogs regardless of age are $625. These minimum donations help to defer the costs of initial vet care, food, transportation to Colorado, and supplies while in foster care (that currently average over $750 per dog).
