DESCRIPTION
📣Hip Hip Horray its Harper!!
Hi ! I'm Harper. I am a 1 year old, female Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever mix weighing 65 lbs. I came such a long way to find my forever home. In such a short time I've been experiencing so many things for the first time!
Every sound, smell is new as I have spent much of my short life in a shelter.
My favorite thing so far is this thing humans call a couch-its sooooo comfy! I have spent so much of my time here laying on this as it is so luxurious!
I like it even more when I can cuddle with people. Do you know that there are people that spend hours with you petting you and talking to you? I think this is the way being a dog is meant to be!
I am still a little anxious as every sound like a car driving down a street, a sneeze and a doorbell are so new. I also experienced snow! I can't believe all there is to discover. I can't wait to see it all.
My foster family says I'm still getting used to so many things that I do not want to share and worried that other pets may take things from me. Once I learn I don't have to worry, I'm sure other dogs will be great as I want to play, I just am learning. I'm in my toddler stage and have not been exposed to much and i dont want to share right now.
I'm a sweet affectionate girl and I will stick right by you. I have exciting news - i am quickly picking up the concept of going to the bathroom outside. I have had only a few misses and its at night. I just didn't know how to wake the humans. I went to the backdoor to get outside but they were sleeping and didn't notice.
Could you be my forever family ? I have so much love to give!
