Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, this little lady might be your lucky charm! Casino (aka Cassie) is an estimated 8-week-old, 8-lb bundle of sweetness who is ready to hit the jackpot with her forever family.
Cassie is a beautiful cream-colored pup with touches of white, and we suspect she may be a Golden Retriever / Australian Shepherd mix—which could explain both her stunning looks and her bright mind. She already seems super smart, gentle-natured, and eager to connect with people, the kind of puppy who melts right into your heart.
Like any good underdog story, Cassie’s start hasn’t been perfect. She came to rescue with a skin condition due to previous neglect, but she’s already on the road to recovery and we expect her coat to improve beautifully with the love and care she deserves. Her sweet spirit has never dimmed.
Cassie has received her first round of puppy vaccines and will still need two additional vaccine rounds, plus her spay, rabies vaccine, and microchip when she’s old enough, all arranged through the rescue and covered by the adoption fee.
If you’re ready to bet on a puppy with a heart of gold, Cassie might just be your winning hand.
Apply at 4Luckydogs.org—and we think whoever adopts her will be the luckiest of all.
