Kingston was adopted from us after being a bottle puppy. He was placed with his "forever" family at 12 weeks old, and now at 3 years finds himself back in rescue. Unfortunatly, Kingston was not given appropraite boundaries with the children in his home, and a bite did occur. Kingston was placed in a board and train to undergo a behavior evalutation and has been such a good boy. The trainer says that Kingston has been "nothing but sweet" witth him. He is house trained, crate trained, knows basic commands, and is eager to please his leader. Due to his bite history, Kingston cannot go to a home with children under 12, and a bite disclosure must be signed at adoption.
We realize a dog with any form of behavior is a risk, and a dog with a bite already reported can be scary. We are looking for the person willing to see Kingston for the good boy he is, and understand the situation he was placed in that caused the bite. He is not a bad dog, and he desperately needs someone to love and lead him through his life.
