Togo was surrendered by an owner who was moving and unable to take him. He is a little shy of new people, but he would love to go on a walk and get to know you. He has pep in his step for walks, and is very calm and a sweet natured boy. He's said to get along with other dogs and likes his ball toys.
Adopted animals are not able to go to their new home until spay and neuter surgery has been done.
