Meet Kobe! This brave, beautiful boy all the way from Kuwait is searching for his very own best friend and forever home.
As a puppy, Kobe endured more than any dog ever should. After surviving abuse by local children, he was heartlessly removed and dumped in the desert by mall security. Thankfully, an incredible rescuer witnessed what happened and refused to give up on him. She searched tirelessly until she found Kobe—unharmed, but alone—and brought him to safety at the shelter, where for the first time he experienced consistent love and care.
Despite such a difficult start, Kobe’s spirit is nothing short of amazing. He is a truly good-natured, affectionate dog who absolutely adores his people. When he sees someone he loves, his entire body wiggles with joy—tail, hips, everything! His happiness is contagious. He also gets along beautifully with other dogs and enjoys romping and playing with his canine buddies.
Kobe is about 65 pounds of pure love and is 3 years old. He would thrive in a home with other dogs and a fenced yard where he can stretch his legs, but he would also be perfectly content as your one-and-only, as long as he has his humans close by. He is also fine with cats.
Kobe is food-motivated, which makes him eager to learn and easy to train. He knows his basic commands, is great on leash and is house-trained. His adoption fee is $700, which helps us continue rescuing and caring for other dogs in need.
