Dogs with megaesophagus can live wonderful, fulfilling lives with the right routine. There are plenty of resources available, and were always here to help guide adopters every step of the way.

Age-appropriate vaccines
Dewormer
Microchip
Spay/Neuter (completed prior to adoption, unless medically/age deferred)
Heartworm test (if old enough)
If heartworm positive: started on heartworm medication/treatment plan
