Rex is a handsome 112-year-old German Shepherd mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Hes neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of his vaccines—ready to find the forever home hes been waiting for.

This energetic young guy loves to stay active! Whether its going for walks, riding in the car, or playing fetch (his favorite game is making you chase him for the ball!), Rex is happiest when hes spending time with his people. Hes crate trained, walks well on a leash, and knows how to sit on command.

Rex is looking for a home that understands his needs. He would do best as the only pet, as he resource guards his food and can be reactive toward other dogs while on walks. He also has a strong prey drive and enjoys chasing cats, so a feline-free home is a must. Because of his energy and training needs, hed thrive with an experienced owner who can provide structure, continued guidance, and plenty of exercise.
