Meet Mars! Mars was surrendered to us by his owner. Unfortunately it seems like Mars has had a difficult time finding his furever family, but we are hopeful that Mars' furever family will find him next! He is a very happy, outgoing boy who has never met a stranger. He is sure to shower you in kisses within seconds of meeting you! Mars is still a young puppy, and is a very large boy, so he is looking for a family that can tolerate his puppy shenanigans while helping him learn better manners. Mars does well with other dogs. He does well with older children, but because of his size and excitable nature he may knock younger children over. While it is not a requirement for adoption, Mars' ideal home would have a secure 6ft fence. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Mars home. If you are interested in meeting Mars, please submit an adoption form on our website: fairfieldcountydogs.com and we will contact you to arrange a time to visit.
