With his beautiful coat and the striking good looks, this handsome guy is sure to turn heads wherever he goes. At 3 years old and 52 lbs, Country Gravy is the perfect medium-sized companion. He enjoys wandering around a yard, taking his time investigating every smell like a true backyard explorer. He has an independent streak, so he’s perfectly content doing a little solo adventuring while still keeping an eye on his people. When it’s time to head out, Country Gravy walks very nicely on a leash, making neighborhood strolls easy and enjoyable. No gravy spills here—this boy keeps it smooth! If you’re looking for a handsome, easygoing dog with a little personality and a lot of charm, Country Gravy might just be the perfect recipe for your home. Warning: This Country Gravy may cause sudden increases in smiles, compliments from neighbors, and an uncontrollable urge to say “Who’s a good boy?”

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.

In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
