Daisy Darling has mastered the art of making people say aww within about five seconds of meeting her. Maybe its the sweet teddy bear eyes. Maybe its the adorable little patch under her chin that looks like she dipped it in paint. Or maybe its just because shes a puppy and puppies have a way of melting hearts without even trying. Whatever it is, this little girl has it.

Daisy is currently 2 months old, weighs approximately 7 lbs, and we think she may be a Lab/GSD mix, but with rescue its always a mystery and we can never guarantee breed.

What we can tell you is that Daisy desperately needs a family. She came from an area where shelters are overflowing and puppies are losing their lives simply because there arent enough homes. Daisy is one of the lucky ones who made it out, but she still needs someone willing to give her the future every puppy deserves. When you adopt Daisy, youre not only saving her life, youre also making room for another puppy in need to take her place.

Like most puppies her age, Daisy spends her days doing all the important puppy things: playing with her siblings, investigating absolutely everything, collecting belly rubs, taking naps, and then waking up ready to do it all over again. The world is still brand new to her and shes soaking it all in one adventure at a time.

One of our favorite things about Daisy is how naturally sweet she is. She loves being around people and has a gentle, affectionate nature that makes her easy to fall in love with. Those teddy bear eyes seem to be constantly looking up at you, and before you know it, shes worked her way right into your heart. Shes the type of puppy that makes you excited to come home at the end of the day because shes always happy to see you.

Daisy is currently being fostered alongside two large breed dogs, a kitten, and a 2-year-old toddler and has been wonderful with everyone. Her toddler foster sibling absolutely adores her, and Daisy has been a patient and loving little companion. Shes social, friendly, and enjoys being wherever her people are.

Like any young puppy, Daisy will need a family committed to helping her grow into the best adult dog she can be. Training, socialization, structure, routine, and patience all play a huge role during these early months. We require our adopters to crate train from day one, as it helps with potty training, learning healthy routines, and setting puppies up for long-term success. The work you put in now pays off for years to come.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travel safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations, in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page!

Before the adoption is finalized, you will meet your pet through a video call, creating a fun and personalized experience!

The adoption fee is $1200.00 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

At our 2 acre Texas based property, we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group training and socialization play groups helping them stay confident, well rounded, and adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dogs growth and we enjoy seeing their progress!

We go above and beyond to ensure every animal receives exceptional care. Veterinarians consistently praise our medical standards. From routine care to advanced treatments, each dog receives personalized attention. Hard costs for a healthy dog range from $804-$920; heartworm-positive dogs or those needing specialized care can exceed $2,000+. Adoption fees help cover a portion of these expenses, but without government funding, we rely on fundraising to bridge the gapranging from $100$1,000+ per dog.

Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.
