Meet Troy!
Troy looks like a handsome, distinguished gentleman who should be sitting in a leather chair giving life advice… but give him five minutes outside and he’s out there flattening grass and bouncing around like a 100-pound puppy who forgot how big he is. This very large German Shepherd came to the shelter as a stray, and we’re honestly surprised no one has come looking for him.
Troy is smart, playful, and full of personality. He already knows “sit” and “shake,” and we wouldn’t be surprised if he’s got a few more tricks up his sleeve. He’s affectionate with people he knows and super gentle taking treats — although he usually spits them out and saves them for later.
We’re still getting to know him since he’s new here, but if you’re looking for a loyal, larger-than-life companion with brains, heart, and just the right amount of goofy energy, Troy might be your guy. This big boy is ready to make a big impact in someone’s life!
