LOOKING FOR SOMEONE SPECIAL! Ovidia is a 7 month old female German Shepherd that was found as a stray and had to be trapped to be brought to safety. She eluded the trap for days, but hunger won out and she went into the trap for the yummy food. She has been with us for 1 1/2 months and has learned to (grudgingly) accept the leash and allow us to be in and out of her kennel with no issues. Since she is just a pup, she appears to like other dogs. Ovidia needs someone who understands timid and wary dogs so she can continue her progress in a home setting. Another dog she could pattern after would be ideal and a fenced yard is a must.
