Meet Power Outage! This gorgeous 2 month old German shepherd puppy was surrendered to us through no fault of her own. This sweet pup is fun, curious, and playful! She is learning the ropes in a wonderful foster home, eating and playing and sleeping the days away. Like all puppies, she will need training and socialization once in a forever home. But what this girl lacks in manners, she'll make up for in puppy breath and unconditional love!
