Hello, I'm Sheena, a resilient and loving companion who has overcome incredible challenges in my first three years. While I may take a little time to warm up, once you've earned my trust, I'll be your loyal shadow, devoted to bringing joy and comfort to your life. I envision a future where I'm the only furry friend you need, and I promise to be the best companion you'll ever have. With unwavering dedication, I'll love you with all my heart and be strictly devoted to you. Unfortunately, my past experiences have left their mark - I was attacked by another female dog in my previous home, resulting in some painful wounds on my face and lip. Despite these challenges, I'm ready to open my heart to a new family and provide unconditional love. I'm looking for a forever home where I can feel safe and loved, and ideally, I'd thrive in a female-only household. Although it's not a requirement, I do find it challenging to trust men quickly. Currently, the volunteers at the LaVerkin City Animal Shelter have grown to adore me, and I would love the chance to meet you. According to the shelter, I'm a three-year-old half husky, half German Shepherd. I have been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. My adoption fees are $50 along with a $20 microchip fee.
