I was recently surrendered due to no fault of my own, unfortunately- life happens and she has ended up at BCHS. Shelter life is always hard to transition to, so we'd love for you to meet miss Tekoa! This gentle, curious girl is full of life.

She is a smart girl, already being crate/potty trained and knowing MANY commands, making the transition easy for both you and her. Tekoa really enjoys car rides and feeling the breeze with the windows down, making her a wonderful travel/riding buddy. She even enjoys the company of canine friends, though if they're barking at her first she may tell them how she feels too! Tekoa is your typical German Shepherd, so she'll need brushed and proper enrichment. Due to some prior experiences, Tekoa is skittish with younger kiddos so she will need a home with 10+ year olds only. Tekoa loves to hike, go on adventures, as well lounge around on a doggy bed with her favorite toys.
