Rocko was owner-surrendered to SNIPSA, and while we can’t imagine why someone would part with such an impressive specimen, we are honored to help him find a new home.

As you might’ve guessed, Rocko is really struggling with his breathing. He is a candidate for surgery soon, and SNIPSA is dedicated to helping him clear his nasal passages so that he can live a happier, more comfortable life. You may note his slightly raised price tag to help offset some of the costs of the procedure.

Despite his lack of airflow, Rocko is the happiest dude around. This boy is only a year and a half, with lots of energy and a heartwarming personality. He loves to show off his proud trot during walkies, get scratches, and give kisses. Pet the right spot, and he will even extend his (comically short) leg to let you know he is enjoying himself.
