Ivie is a 6‐year‐old French Bulldog who weighs about 22 lbs. She's a very sweet girl and has done well around smaller, calmer dogs. She was surrendered to us due to her chronic skin allergies and luxating patellas. With young children at home and a demanding work schedule, her previous owner was no longer able to keep up with her ongoing care needs.
Our veterinary team did not recommend surgery for her patellas and noted that both her knee issues and skin allergies are chronic conditions without a true long‐term resolution. She has recently started Apoquel to see if that might be a helpful treatment longterm. Because of her medical needs and her gentle temperament, Ivie would do best in a calmer, lower‐activity home.
Her adoption fee is $300.
Please note: Since we don't observe our animals in home settings, we cannot guarantee potty training. Each pet may need time, patience, and guidance as they adjust to a new routine.
Every animal adopted from us receives:
Spay/neuter surgery
Microchip
Updated vaccinations
Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)
Flea/tick and heartworm prevention
A free wellness exam within 7-10 days of adoption
To adopt, you must:
Be at least 21 years old
Live within 1 hour of our facility
Would you like to set up a time to meet Ivie and see whether she might be the right match for your home, or is there anything else you'd like to know about her?
