DAX: The Ultimate People Person (Just... Only People)
Meet Dax, a 4-year-old French Bulldog who has OPINIONS, and his main opinion is: humans are AMAZING.
Kids? Love 'em. Adults? Obsessed. That random person who just walked in? NEW BEST FRIEND. Dax is basically a 25-pound bowling ball with legs who will park himself on you and shower you with affection. He's the kind of dog who thinks personal space is just a myth invented by cats (forget about going to the bathroom or taking a shower without supervision).
The Good Stuff:
· Professional napper (seriously, Olympic-level sleeping skills) Snoring included
· Loves semi short (up to a couple of miles at most) walks and is good on leash
· Kennel-trained and totally chill about it
· Healthy, happy, and ready to be your shadow
· Will 100% steal your spot on the couch and your heart
· Is currently a Broncos fan (See picture) but is open-minded in his allegiances.
The Plot Twist: Other dogs? Nope. Hard pass. Dax has ZERO interest in making doggy friends. He goes from zen to "WHAT IS THAT CREATURE?!" faster than you can say "French Bulldog." We don't know his backstory, but clearly other dogs weren't part of the good chapters. He has pancreatitis that is easily controlled with a low fat diet (very little specific- think boiled chicken breast-people food is best for him).
Dax's Dream Home:
· You, a couch, and no other pets
· Someone who appreciates a homebody (errands are overrated anyway) but does like car rides a lot.
· All the lap time, all the time
· A fenced yard with some grass. He is obsessed with rolling around in the grass
If you're looking for a velcro dog who thinks you hung the moon and doesn't want to share you with anyone else, Dax is your guy.
