I am fluffy. I smile ALL of the time. I make delightful snorty sounds. Even my sniffer action is fun to listen to. So why was I dumped & picked up as a stray? Their loss!

I like dogs of all sizes, cats, but most of all…people. I gaze adoringly at my special people, keeping them in my sight regardless of whatever else I am doing: playing, chewing on a toy, eating. Don’t even try to sneak off to the bathroom without me!

I have some special needs that require a little extra care but a lifetime of joy with me & my wonky walk are more than worth the effort. Here is some more info from my foster mom.
"Lissette at some point suffered a fracture in her thoracic spine that compressed her spinal cord. When I began fostering her she had minimal use of her rear legs, but she has since regained most of her strength. Her left rear leg remains weaker than the right. Her gait is wonky & as she fatigues, her left leg will drag a bit.
She does have general bowel & bladder control, but leaks a tiny bit of urine and doesn’t completely clear her poop when she voids. She needs to have her rump gently bathed daily.
**There are no guarantees that she will not have another episode of loss of rear leg strength & function, maybe even paralysis.**
We have her on a mushroom supplement daily. I also give her fish oil daily.
She is not in any pain. In fact, she is very active & happy. She wants to jump, but that needs to be discouraged as it could cause further issues. It is important to keep her weight on the lower end to protect her spine."

Lissette is an absolute DOLL and will only go to a home that will care for her in the way she needs. In return you will get the cutest little SNORT monster ever!!
