Freddy is a little neutered male pittie terrier Frenchie mix 1.5 years of age weighing 30-35lbs that came from the city shelter. He was going to be euthanized due to a distemper outbreak at the shelter.
Poor Freddy was never sick, did not have distemper, and was not involved in the outbreak!! He is heartworm negative, up to date on all shots, crate trained, and potty trained. He rides well in the car without anxiety. He does well with female dogs and with laid back male dogs. He does not do well with large dominant male dogs that try to hump him.
Poor sweet boy has a large scar across his face that we don’t know what happened to him but now he is very loved, squishy, low rider, sweet boy!
He likes his chew toys and goodies; he is food motivated but not food aggressive. He does know his commands and likes to play chase, keep away, or tug-a-war. He could be alone in his forever home or have a female doggie buddy.
It is not known if Freddy is cat friendly.
His ideal home could be a single person, couple, or family with school aged children. If given proper daily walks he could potentially be an apartment dog if no breed restrictions.
This little pint sized boy is a total love needing his forever home!
On behalf of Karen Perl, the adoption fee is $350. Transport can be arranged after the adoption is finalized. If you prefer to arrange your own transport, the adoption fee will remain the same. Thank you so much for your valuable support in helping these dogs find loving homes.
