Hi, I'm Philbert! I may have been a little unsure when I was first found, but once someone came over to me, I showed just how sweet I really am. I started wagging my tail, gave some gentle kisses, and even melted right into their hands and lap.

I'm a gentle soul who seems to find comfort in being close to people. I'm currently being treated for demodex, a skin condition that can cause hair loss and irritation, but with the right care, I'll be on my way to feeling my best again.
