Nylabones are a close second, perfect for a little chew while I contemplate life. I also enjoy being outside, whether thats sunbathing, people-watching, or just existing peacefully in the fresh air. Im a mellow soul through and through. Other dogs? Totally fine by me. I coexist beautifully and dont cause a fuss. Older kids are fine too, as long as they respect my vibe. Im gentle, kind, and sweet, and once I decide youre my person, Im happy just being near you.
Oh! Im a bit chatty. Not loud, not demanding, just soft little howls and barks when Id like your attention. Think of it less as noise and more as commentary.
Now, Ill be honest with you, because thats how we build trust. Im a bit sensitive when it comes to having my face and ears cleaned. I dont love it and may need things done slowly, gently, and with lots of reassurance. A patient human who understands my boundaries and works at my pace will go a long way in helping me feel comfortable. That means I need a family with patience, someone who understands that good things are worth waiting for. Once I settle in, Im steady, reliable, and easygoing. No potty issues here, no crate drama, just a senior fella who appreciates routine, respect, and a soft touch.
My ideal forever home looks something like this: A quiet, mellow household where the days arent too loud or hectic. No young kids, please! I do best with older humans who understand personal space. A calm environment where I can nap, wander outside, and take the occasional car ride would suit me just fine. I dont need much, just kindness, patience, and a comfy place to land.
