Meet Vera! She and her 3 sisters are 9 week old Dobie mix puppies who will be joining us fron California on Sunday 04/05/2026.

Foster Profile:
My name is Vera! My current humans say I am “the cutest puppy ever” but I’m sure they are biased. I supposedly “melted their hearts,” whatever that means. Something about my sweet puppy dog eyes.
My favorite things are snuggles, walks, chew toys, play, and nap after you take me on long walks. I’m hoping to find a family that will help me be really active. I can be a bit mischievous when I don’t get enough exercise. Exercise helps me sleep better too. Speaking of sleep, I like to sleep in my crate because it’s pretty cozy. I also hope my future family has kids - they are pretty silly and I love playing with them. A family with no kids is alright too, because that probably means I will get all of the snuggles. I think I like cats - I am certainly curious about them, but the kitties I live with right now aren’t sure if they want to be friends yet. I don’t want to brag, but it is easy to give me a bath and I’m pretty good on a leash. I also don’t like to bark, and I just learned that I love car rides. Maybe we can go on a car ride together, someplace where we can be really active? Vera would like a home with single family home with breed experience and a securely fenced yard. We are not considering apartments for her at this time.

Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter (on contract, if applicable), core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Animal History: This dog was transferred from Stanislaus Shelter in Modesto, CA. They will be transferred via Wiggle Butt Transport, arriving to foster care on 04/05/2026 and available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.
