Waco was picked up as a stray in Texas completely emaciated. Thankfully all he needed was a little TLC and groceries and he is now doing wonderfully, settling into his NY foster home, and is ready for his forever family!

- Stays in a play pen currently but can be crated
- Uses pee pads and potties outside
- Walks well on leash, fenced yard not required
