Dachshund Dogs Available for Adoption

Breeanna is a sweet 1-year-old dachshund mix who weighs around 15 pounds and is ready for her forever home!

Breeanna enjoys going for walks and does well on a leash. She also rides nicely in the car, making her an easy pup to take along on adventures. At home, she has a playful side and loves squeaky toys, but she truly shines during quiet moments when she can curl up in a warm, fuzzy blanket for snuggle time.

She gets along well with other dogs and will do great in a home with canine companions, but will also be perfectly happy as the only dog in the household. Then she can soak up all the love and attention.

Breeanna may be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but with a little patience and reassurance she warms up quickly and soon shows her affectionate, loving personality. She is also crate and house trained and does best with a consistent routine. Breeanna will thrive in a home that can provide exercise, structure, and a safe environment.

of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.

**Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
