Meet Cheeto James

Yes, the name is real... and yes, it comes with a legendary backstory.

This guy was living his free-range orchard life (for who knows how long) until someone had the brilliant idea to lay down a trail of Cheetos leading into a live trap.

And just like that... crunch crunch crunch... Cheeto James was born

We're guessing he's about 20 pounds of low-riding mystery—maybe a little dachshund (doxie), maybe a sprinkle of terrier, maybe a dash of “who even knows,” but 100% adorable.

Now that he's safe, we're getting to know the real him—and he's a gentle, sensitive little guy who just needs a minute to feel comfortable.

Spayed/Neuiterd, micro chipped, heartworm negative (if of age), dhpp shots, kennel cough vacs., and one year rabies is completed. Adoption fee is $250.00

We are NOT a first-come-first to adopt a rescue, the best fit for the family and dog is the way we do things. We do out of town adoptions often, but will not ship animals must come to Redding for pick up.
