Sasha is a 2-year-old long-haired Dachshund and Chihuahua mix with the sweetest little face and a gentle soul. This tiny girl started her life on the streets of Puerto Rico, but despite everything she has been through, she has remained loving, resilient, and full of quiet affection.

Sasha recently finished raising her two puppies like the amazing little mama she is. Now it is finally her turn to be the one cared for, spoiled, and loved in a forever home of her own.

She is wee wee pad trained and crate trained, and she settles nicely into a calm home routine. Sasha is still getting used to life in New York and is not quite sure what to think about the cold weather yet, but she is quickly learning how good the cozy indoor life can be. Soft blankets, warm laps, and kind humans are quickly becoming her favorite things.

Sasha is a gentle, loyal companion who will thrive in a home ready to give her the safety and love she deserves after such a hard start in life. She has done her job raising her babies. Now it is Sasha’s turn to be someone’s baby.
