Sleepy is one of the irresistibly adorable puppies from the Snow White litter, and he's every bit as sweet as his name suggests. He came into rescue with his mom (a 30-pound sweetheart) and his six siblings, all part of a large group of dogs who needed help after years of unplanned breeding in one household. Now, Sleepy is ready to find a loving forever home of his own! He is about 3 months old.
Sleepy is expected to grow to around 25-35 pounds when fully grown. His family tree likely includes corgi, dachshund, and bully breeds, with a possible splash of rat terrier or Jack Russell - and yes, he has those adorable short legs to prove it.
This little guy is super social, curious, and playful. He loves food and is already learning to sit for treats (mealtime is his favorite time of day!). Sleepy enjoys playing and wrestling both indoors and outside and does great with kids and other dogs. He is a cuddler. Likes following his foster around to make sure everything is good. While he hasn't been around cats yet, we think he would do well with proper introductions given his young age.
Like all puppies, Sleepy is still learning the ropes, including housetraining, and will need a patient family ready to continue his training and socialization. In return, he'll bring laughter, fun, and plenty of puppy cuddles into your life.
