Hi! I’m Noelle — a baby girl with sparkle who was rescued from euthanasia row and saved for a reason. Someone needs me and I am here to make them happy. I’m a precious, lively girl with a huge personality and a heart full of love.

I have a lot to offer. I am pretty and a little on the small side for my age. I love to play and give cuddles and kisses. I get along with all of my foster siblings and love making new friends. I am also very smart and eager to please too and can't wait for someone to teach me new things.

I am waiting ever so patiently for my new family. I was given a second chance at life and I’ll repay it with loyalty, laughter, and endless snuggles.

Noelle is fostered with one of our rescue families in Texas and is available to travel north on our scheduled trips, which run at least twice each month.

Due to recent technical changes on this site that began in early December, dogs fostered outside an adopter’s immediate area may not appear unless filters are adjusted. We encourage adopters to read profiles fully and reach out with any questions — we are always happy to help. Inquiries through the site are not always coming through. Important transport notes:
• We cannot do meet-and-greets. The trip is long and demanding, and it would not be safe or fair for a dog or puppy to travel north and then return to Texas.
• No deposits are accepted.
• All adoption fees are paid in person at pick-up.

Wisconsin:
• Sun Prairie
• Fond du Lac

Pickup schedule:
• Friday evening: Herculaneum, Collinsville, Springfield, Bloomington/Normal

• Saturday: Oglesby, Roscoe, Sun Prairie, Fond du Lac
Additional notes:
• Green Bay area adopters meet in Fond du Lac
• Joliet & Davenport area adopters meet in Oglesby or Roscoe
• Milwaukee area adopters: we do not have a Milwaukee stop, but we do stop in Sun Prairie, Fond du Lac, and Roscoe (near Rockford)

Medical & Spay/Neuter Information:
Most puppies travel with two rounds of vaccines, and sometimes three. Occasionally, we may not have had a puppy long enough for a second round.

Puppies under 6–8 months of age are not spayed or neutered. Spaying or neutering is a required condition of adoption and must be completed by the puppy’s first birthday, at the adopter’s expense. Out-of-state surgery costs are not included in the adoption fee.

About Our Rescue
Atlanta Texas Area Spay Neuter Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Adoption proceeds go directly toward:
• Spaying and neutering dogs for low-income families in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana
• Medical care for rescued puppies and dogs
• Emergency veterinary assistance for families in need when possible

All dogs remain in Texas foster homes until adopted.

Breed Disclaimer:
Breed is our best estimate based on the puppy’s appearance and, when known, the mother’s appearance. Fathers are rarely known, and litters can have multiple fathers, meaning puppies may be half-siblings with different breed mixes.
