Collie and Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Hi, my name is Jeff and I am from Arkansas!

Jeff is a very "chill" guy; non-reactive, very quiet & relaxed! He is gentle, friendly and loving. Potty trained well. He is good on a leash, with very little redirection needed, and he enjoys a good walk (he walks fast!) or a couple of active play sessions. He LOVES playing fetch & frisbee, and knows some basic commands. He needs some work on recall. He also enjoys quiet time on his own. He does very well in a kennel. He doesn't mind being brushed. He is great with other dogs, big & small. His previous foster in Arkansas said he was good with cats too. He has not had any exposure to children here, so I can't comment on that, but as far as adults, he doesn't have any stranger fear at all. He would be a great dog for a house or apartment.

From the foster: He does like to "herd", as most collies do, with gentle nudges of his nose, or he will lay in doorways, which is his way of keeping people "contained", but again, Jeff takes redirection quite well. If you ask him to move, he moves.
