Captain is a happy-go-lucky mixed breed puppy who has been flourishing in foster care since arriving at the shelter with his siblings. Thought to possibly be a collie and terrier mix, Captain is full of playful puppy energy and loves exploring the world around him. He's a sweet boy who is ready to find a forever home filled with love and adventure.
