Collie and Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption

Hi, we’re Toph and Hugo—a fun-loving, deeply bonded pair looking for a home where we can stay together! We balance each other perfectly—Toph brings the playful energy (fetch, water, snow, and all the squeaky toys!), while Hugo is more of a cuddle bug who’s happiest lounging on the couch with our people and sister. We both love treats (especially anything bacon-flavored), car rides, and relaxing in our crates when we need a little downtime.

We’re house trained, crate trained, and leash trained, so we settle into a routine pretty easily. We adore each other and did well with familiar dogs in our previous home, but we can be selective with new dogs outside the home. Because of that, we’d prefer a home where it’s just the two of us—no new dog friends, please! We also like to enjoy our high-value treats separately.

Loud noises like fireworks can be a little scary for us, so we appreciate having a safe, quiet place to decompress. With a patient and understanding home that respects our needs, we promise to give you double the love, loyalty, and companionship!

The Collie is a graceful and intelligent dog known for their loyalty, gentle nature, and exceptional herding abilities. They come in two coat varieties, rough and smooth, with colors ranging from sable and white to blue merle. Collies excel in obedience training and thrive on mental stimulation and physical activity. Their keen intuition and strong bond with their owners make them wonderful family pets and reliable working dogs in tasks such as herding livestock or in search and rescue missions.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
