Cosmos is a terrified little boy. He was from a hoarding situation and got no attention. He likes to follow you around and watch your every move but he doesn't want to be touched. He's a complicated little Guy. We really hope to find someone who will accept him for who he is and let him live out his life in peace and harmony as a semi feral dog.
