Penelope, a very sweet Cocker Spaniel, was rescued from the Orange County shelter on 1/15/2026. Determined to be blind with painful eyes, she's had double eye enucleation on Friday, 1/16, and is feeling so much better! Penelope is approximately 10 years old.
