Ellington came in as part of a hoarding case. Despite what this poor baby has endured, he is so loving and just wants belly rubs. Ellington is good with other dogs. He has zero experience on a leash, but is smart and can learn. Because of this, we are requiring a home with a secure fenced yard for a small breed dog.
