Chow Chow Dogs Available for Adoption

Meet Han Solo! Han Solo came to CCHS with his 3 siblings towards the beginning of February from a local farm. This sweet Chow mix is about 10 weeks old and weighs roughly 27.0lbs currently. Han Solo is quite the friendly pup! He absolutely loves to be the first one to greet people when they come into his space and would love to be your own personal doorman! We would say protector, but the best he could offer is to hold 'em down and kiss 'em! Han Solo would benefit from an experienced Chow owner, or one willing to become well versed in Chows. With any puppy, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the pup. Apply for Han Solo today!

The adoption fee is $400. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
