Meatloaf has the sweetest little eyes that just draw you right in. He’s the kind of dog who looks at you like he already knows you and is ready to be your best friend.
This 4-year-old, 50-pound boy came to us as a stray, and sadly no one ever came looking for him. It’s hard to imagine how a dog this loving ended up on his own, but Meatloaf hasn’t let that dull his sweet personality.
He enjoys playing with squeaky toys and will happily chase them across the yard when you toss them. He has a fun, playful side and would love a home where he can get some exercise and enjoy playtime.
But once the excitement settles down, Meatloaf is just as happy relaxing nearby with his favorite toy. He enjoys attention, pets, and cuddling with his people, and he’s perfectly content just being close.
Meatloaf has done well with other dogs at the shelter and seems to be very easygoing around them. Even when other dogs get a little excited and jump on him, he tends to just take it in stride.
Even after being on his own, Meatloaf has kept the most loving and gentle personality.
Meatloaf is located in Gainesville, TX, but we offer transportation services all over the U.S.
