He weighs about 10 pounds and is doing great in his foster home. Chico was found alone, wandering the streets. He is completely vetted. He loves people and gets along with other dogs. He hasn't been tested with cats, but judging from his nature, we think he would be fine. He is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. He loves to go for car rides and play fetch.
