DESCRIPTION
Hi! My name is Nina and I am looking for a forever home. Believe it or not, I was found wandering all alone and taken to a really scary place called a shelter. Fortunately for me, a volunteer with a small local rescue saw me and got me sprung as soon as my hold time was up and no one came looking for me; she then contacted BCAA to see if they could help me and they said yes! I am on the smaller size as I weighed a little less than 5lbs when I first came into foster, but once I got settled in and learned about treats, I may have put a few ounces on. At around 10mos old, though, I shouldn't get too much bigger and will always be on the small side. I love getting attention from my foster parents and giving them kisses. When I first got into my current foster home, I was real hesitant about the other dogs in the home but after just a few days, I'm now bouncing around trying to get them to play with me. I am learning lots of new things like walking on leash, snuggling under the bed covers and how good treats and antlers are. I am also learning my housebreaking skills and will need continued work and/or a pee pad. If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofnj.org.
