PET DESCRIPTION: Paddy is a 6-7 year old, 8 lb, male Chihuahua that came to us as a stray never reclaimed. He can be a nervous little fella still as he is learning to trust us but is very sweet it seems. He is fine with four other small male dogs in the office and will do well in a Chihuahua loving, adult only home (no children please). Paddy does a lot of barking at any men who come in so perhaps he lived previously only with a woman so something to be aware of. He is not too keen on being picked up - doesn't nip or anything but just not keen on it so may be more of a boy to join you on the couch when he is ready. Not housetrained.

DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch; certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more. (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
