Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen them with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!

ELMO is Looking For: Aloha! My name is Elmo. I am from one of the coolest places on earth and I survived a hurricane just so that I could sail the sky to DC to tell you all about it-and become your forever family member! Elmo is a handsome Chihuahua mix with a stunning tricolor coat. He is a great size-small enough to be an amazing lap warmer but sturdy enough to accompany you on all your neighborhood strolls. Elmo is looking for a loving forever home where he can truly blossom. And lots of cozy blankets, time for lap snuffles, and good dog food please! What do you say?!
