Meet Taff, a precious senior Chihuahua who is officially ready to trade the shelter life for a peaceful retirement. At about 9 years young, this sweet lady isn't asking for much—just a tiny, soft spot to curl up, a warm bowl of food, and a heart to love her. Taff’s idea of a perfect day involves very little movement and a whole lot of snoozing, preferably in the comfort of a warm lap where she can spend the rest of her golden years. She is a gentle soul who moves at her own slow, steady pace and is looking for a soft place to land.

Taff gets along wonderfully with humans and dogs of all shapes and sizes. Given her petite frame and senior status, she would do best in a home with older children who can be mindful of her delicate nature. While we aren’t quite sure how she feels about cats yet, she’s only about half their size, so she’s likely to mind her own business! Most importantly, Taff is healthy and ready to go; she is spayed, microchipped, current on all vaccines, and was even treated to a professional dental cleaning upon arrival. If you have a quiet home and a spare lap, Taff is waiting to fill it with love.
