It’s time for Savannah’s formal introduction 💗
Savannah came to us with her siblings as part of a large group of dogs from a property where they had very little socialization. She’s been slowly learning what safety, consistency, and kindness look like in a home environment.
Savannah is nearing 4 months old and is the most timid of the group — but don’t let that fool you. Beneath her cautious nature is a little spark of sass that peeks out once she feels comfortable. She prefers to observe first, take things at her own pace, and decide when she’s ready to engage.
What truly helps Savannah shine is another dog.
She does exceptionally well with canine companionship, and a confident dog friend helps her feel secure, brave, and more willing to explore her world. Another dog isn’t just helpful for Savannah — it’s essential.
Savannah will do best in a home with:
• A securely fenced yard
• No young children
• At least one dog friend in the home
She appears to be a Chihuahua mix, though we don’t know her DNA for sure. What we do know is that Savannah has a sensitive heart, a little bit of attitude, and the potential to absolutely thrive in the right home.
We know her people are out there. If you think your home could be the safe, patient place Savannah needs, we’d love to hear from you. A two-week adoption trial (foster-to-adopt) is recommended to ensure the best fit ❤️
