Picante - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in South Bend, Indiana

This is Picante. He's a 7 month old, 10 pound, male Chihuahua mix. Picante is always happy with his tail wagging and long legs. He loves to play with other dogs but also loves to take a nap on your lap and snuggle. When he's excited he will bark, but with work he will learn when he needs to be more quiet. Picante does the cutest thing when he's going to get a treat. He will stand on his back legs and hit his front legs together, kind of like he's clapping. He is crate trained, housebroken and walks good on a leash, but is a little bit all over, but with more walks he'll learn quickly. He is a hoarder and will gather all the chew bones in a pile and guard them from other dogs. But he's young and can learn to share. He would do best in a home with kids over 10 that understand he's a little guy with a Chihuahua attitude. Picante is a great little dog that loves car rides and meeting new people.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations as age appropriate, heartworm tested negative ( puppies age 7 months and older) and microchipped. A puppy's adoption fee is $350. There is a $5 fee for credit/debit cards.
